OpenScore Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using OpenScore (“we”, “our”, “us”) and its services, including downloadable templates and guidance tools, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of Services

  • OpenScore provides educational tools, templates, and guidance regarding privacy, PIPEDA compliance, and consumer rights.
  • Our templates and resources are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. You should consult a qualified legal professional for advice specific to your situation.

  • You agree not to use OpenScore resources for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

  • We are NOT a law firm; We do not represent or advise clients in any matter and are not bound by the professional responsibilities and duties of a practicing lawyer or paralegal. Nothing in OpenScore, or the Materials or in the Agreement nor any receipt or use of OpenScore, shall be construed or relied on as advertising or soliciting to provide any legal services, creating any solicitor-client relationship or providing any legal representation, advice or opinion whatsoever on behalf of OpenScore or our staff.
  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from the use of our materials.
  • Refunds and Chargebacks
  • Once a product has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund due to the electronic nature of our products. Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. We reserve the right to alter any of our prices from time to time.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of OpenScore services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and applicable provincial laws.
